I'm playing with some ideas for a replacement for our current screen porch. The latest idea would give us a room we could use all year. Plus it would eliminate the flat roof on the porch now. It's on the southwest corner of the house and gets great sun all day so I may try to open it up more.
This is my current building design project. It's a single story house, approximately 3500 sq. ft.
