i'm glad you got your razr situation sorted! and there i was thinking i was the only one with the horrid dusty screen issue! but honestly, i think the razr is just a crap phone. i feel that the sound quality normally and using the speaker function is just plain terrible. i will have to get a different phone for business purposes. sheesh. umm. sorry to be so whingey and moany, i just had to get that off my chest. =)
I'm sorry to hear you've had such a bad experience with the RAZR. Fortunately, the only issue I've had with the phone was the dust. Hopefully you'll have better luck with your new phone.
